It is possible to pay by bank transfer (only Danish customers), as well as Credit Card and PayPal. There is no fee for payment with Credit Card and PayPal.


The product is sent as a package with Bring, DAO, GLS and PostNord, or one of their partner. We ship to Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Belgium, Finland (excl. Åland), France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Britain, Sweden, Germany and Austria.

Ordered stock items are usually sent the first business day following receipt of payment. During holiday periods this can take up to 2 weeks. Add in 1-6 business days as Bring, DAO, GLS and PostNord uses to send the package, as well as any customs clearance.

Customers outside Denmark, must pay any duties, taxes, VAT, etc. as their homeland may direct the product / package.

If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)  

You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you;

a) receive your goods

b) get the last good physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately

You must, within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Grading, when you send it back

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Note We do not receive packages sent by COD (Cash on delivery).

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)

Sale of Goods Act shortage rules apply to purchases.

When you shop at you have the 24-month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I advertise?
